• Service Use: KR Cabs provides reliable transportation services within Vasco da Gama and the greater South Goa area. Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or customer service hotline.


• Booking and Cancellation: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any cancellation charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated fare.


• Payment: Payment for services must be completed upon booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including cash, major credit and debit cards, and recognized digital wallets. Invoices for corporate bookings will be issued as per the agreed terms.


• Liability: While we strive to ensure a safe and secure journey, KR Cabs is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride. Passengers are advised to keep their belongings secure and in their possession at all times.


• Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities or misconduct during the ride will result in immediate termination of the service and may be reported to local authorities. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.


• Driver Conduct: Our drivers are trained professionals who are expected to maintain high standards of conduct. Any grievances regarding driver behavior should be reported to our customer service team for appropriate action.


• Modifications: KR Cabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our official website and mobile app. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
